I had not sold a property before, so interviewed a number of local agents to understand the process and get a feel for the market. All of them gave explanations of the process, areas to fix before going to market and price expectations. (Commission rates, marketing costs were easier to compare than campaign approach and general comfort with agent). Nathan stood out as he was the ONLY one that provided a strategy to take the property to market with solid justifications and clear timelines. Nathan kept us informed throughout the experience, following up to provide details on feedback within 30mins of each open home and kept us feeling confident in our decision and the goal we were working toward. Nathan well and truely exceeded our expectations and we were sold within 2weeks for well over what we thought possible. We'll definitely be calling Nathan and the team at Ray White next time!
