We took a no nonsense approach when talking to agents to sell our property. Nathan told us the price he would get, much more than the other agents who only seemed to be interested in a quick sale and commission. We told them if they couldn't get the price, we wouldn't sell and they wouldn't get cent. They had the highest commission but were confident that they would earn it. Turns out that the extra 1 to 0.5 percent commission netted us an extra 20 thousand dollars. They sold our property in 5 weeks. You get what you pay for and we are glad we chose Nathan and Remax.
