After having marketed our home at 18A lavarack Crescent with other Parties for a period of three months prior to enlisting the help of the Legend Agent Nathan Nicholl from Ray White in Buderim we decided having spoken with Nathan to "Give him a go" . I must say my wife and I and I were fairly if not very skeptical at first having taken on previous advice that our home was a safe bet to sell at the price we were assured could be achieved and this had not happened to date. Any how Nathans response was WE WILL SELL 18A for you and although we didn't achieve the price we had set out to get Nathan DID sell 18A for us and for a price that we were happy with. He achieved the sale for us in about four or five weeks .
