A few years back we were looking for an investment property. We didn't want to be going around to all of the agencies as we were coming from out of town and needed to see all the properties in our budget in just one day. I had contacted Ray White Buderim as a couple of houses we wanted to see where listed with them and after speaking with Nathan we knew he was the agent for us. Nathan sourced all of the properties in the Buderim area and took us to all of them (not all were listed with Ray White Buderim). From memory I think we saw 12. Phew!! And we signed a contract for one that same day. Fast forward to now and Nathan was our agent to sell the house, didn't even need to think about it. He organised everything so quickly that before we knew it we had the first open house and 4 offers on the table. Nathan attended the open house and talked to all the prospective buyers. We received above asking price. He kept us up to date personally by phone. We definitely recommend Nathan to anyone wanting to sell.
