Nathan rang us with updates when he said he would, not just for the first week or two, but every week. He put in extra effort with the open homes even when we missed the advertising deadline and had no advert in the paper. When it came to dealing with (the eventual) buyer he made us feel that he was still working for us (so many agents start working for the buyer or themselves when it comes to the negotiating etc.) Could not fault any part of our dealings with Nathan and that does not often happen.
