Nathan told us our house would sell for $50,000 more than it did, I suspect to get the listing, he pushed aunction Aunction aunction on us, as Ray White is noted for Aunctions, we sold before Aunction at a lot less price than Nathan told us we would get, then they tried to slug us for the aunctioneers fee. No I would not recommend Ray white or any of their sales team.

John, thanks for the feedback. After you had been on the market for five months unsuccessfully with another agency, we were happy to take it on for you. A price we would achieve was never ‘promised’. We marketed the property with a price for two months and although we did open homes every weekend without advertising it still did not sell. It was then we listed it to go to auction. We found our buyer within a week of the refreshed campaign and you were happy to sign and sell at a price that in hindsight was very good money. Although the auctioneer could not book any other auctions in our booked time, the auctioneers fee was also waived. I am sorry you feel this way as the auction method worked and achieved a great result after 7 months of you being on the market.
