This wont be you typical review. I have known Nathan for 20 years as friend. He's always been a great mate. On a professional front I hadn't really seen Nathan in action. But knowing him away from the real estate market I knew he'd get the result I was looking for and above all else "he'd be Honest" with me 100%. Nathan went above and beyond for my property. I have a new found respect for him both socially and professionally. The results speak for themselves with the sale of my property, all the hard work behind the scenes isn't so evident , but it wasn't unnoticed to me. Nathan is not only my mate he's also now my estate Agent!

Nathan has a friendly, good natured demeanour, he was very professional, proactive and kept us informed. If it wasn't for Nathan the purchase could have fallen through due to a misrepresented building inspection. Nathan acted swiftly and organised tradesmen for a second opinion. He provided the prospective buyers with this information and organised for the person who wrote initial inspection report to meet them on site to fully explain the findings. Thankfully the sale went through without any further issues. Would and have recommended Nathan to anyone looking to sell their property.

Selling Mums' house and not living nearby was a bit daunting. Nathan was brilliant, explained every detail and was in constant contact with me. Very professional and easy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble, offering to pick up mail, arrange cleaners. I couldn't be there on auction day, so Nathan was in contact every few minutes until we got an excellent result and house was sold. Still keeping me up to date with removal of furniture and settlement progress. McGrath and Nathan have been a pleasure to deal with. 10 out of 10!
