Nathan was upfront with what he thought we would get price wise for the property. He was always contactable, and keep us in the loop with any enquiries he had from potential buyers. He has great knowledge of the area and is open to sellers ideas. He also recommended we get the house staged, which I have no doubt helped get us the sale price we were after.
Nathan clearly was all across where the current market was at & what outcome was reasonably possible. He remained focused on ensuring he achieved the best outcome for me as the seller price wise and guided the sale in a direction whereby risk of losing the buyer was well mitigated. His communication level was excellent, keeping me, the buyer and the tenant well informed through out the sale process. He even aided the tenant in finding alternate accommodation. I have no hesitations in recommending Nathan to other property owners intending to sell. LH Hooker's commission was greater than other competing agents, however the outcome achieved well exceeded the differential.

I would highly recommend Nathan Powell as he has been a god scent in selling my house with the problems he encountered along the way. Purchasers wanting to buy but can't sell there house so he advised me on renting the property until his house sold. He also had to put up my ex who is not very cooperative at the best of times. Putting the property back on the market and then finally selling my property. Lastly the effort to get the tenants out of the house so the new owners can move in was absolutely awesome.
