Thank you, Nathan and Heidi for your professional service, we found you both to be friendly, easy to talk with, very helpful and a brilliant knowledge of the local area. Your open communication has made the purchase of our home an absolute pleasure. You went above and beyond, helped deal with our difficult conveyancer and stepped us through the entire process. If you are looking for a great agent give Powell Property a go, absolutely fantastic, they will go the extra mile and make sure they achieve the best outcome for you.

We would highly recommend Nathan Powell to anyone looking at either buying or selling a property. We recently purchased one of Nathans listed properties and found he and his staff a pleasure to deal with. We found Nathan has a genuineness in dealing with people not often found in other agents. He has a great knowledge of the market and is always ready to respond to enquiries. Nathan’s strength is he goes the extra yard of what would be expected to help both buyer and seller.

Nathan & his team went above & beyond with the sale of my property. Six days & we had a buyer & a 28 day settlement. Their professionalism & support throughout the experience was exceptional. I highly recommend Powell Property for your next sale or purchase. Thanks so much Nathan.

Nathan was very easy to deal with and gave me great info on the property I was looking at. He made the purchase very straight forward . Professional with good communication I would use again.

Thank you to Nathan for his commitment and local market knowledge. As I did not live locally, Nathan was a great help to me in successfully securing a sale and also assisting the tenant in their endeavours to relocate. Both Nathan and his assistant Heidi were available when needed and always acted in a friendly, professional manner.

Excellent service, fast and effective. Friendly staffs with good experience. Honest and helpful.

Being first home buyers Nathan and Heidi made the process a breeze. They were very approachable with any questions and pointed us in the right direction.

It has been a pleasure working with Nathan. He knows the market, keeps you informed & goes the extra mile. Thank you Nathan

Honesty, Enthusiasm, Professionalism and Compassion are the four words I’d use to dum up the experience my husband and I had with Nathan and Heidi from Powell Property. We highly recommend them if you want this service when selling your property.
