I found Nathan to be very energetic and driven in his role. He acted quickly and answered all queries immediately and effectively. He was very quick to provide feedback after every open home and viewing. I believe the market is currently not in a great place in Cairns and the fact that I was buying in the same market made the price I accepted a little easier. I wasn't happy with the price, but I had to accept the market at the time, if I wanted to sell. I would recommend Nathan to other sellers, particularly those in the Bluewater Estate area, as that is definitely his area of expertise. Having him live close by in the vicinity of Bluewater also assisted.

Cannot comment on market knowledge or credibility as we only dealt with Nathan on one property and did not get into any discussion of the market. It was a very straight forward purchase, we saw we liked we bought. He was helpful from our first approach taking our call on a public holiday, and then working around a mess up in the initial inspection time (no fault of his) to accommodate us. He expedited original signing of documents, complicated, as we were visiting from interstate.
