I found Nathan to be very energetic and driven in his role. He acted quickly and answered all queries immediately and effectively. He was very quick to provide feedback after every open home and viewing. I believe the market is currently not in a great place in Cairns and the fact that I was buying in the same market made the price I accepted a little easier.
