Buying and selling is not an easy process but Nathan did everything in his power to make it as pain free as possible. He worked with us for convenient viewing times and kept us up to date at every stage. His professionalism, integrity and commitment can not be faulted and we can only thank him for keeping us going when we wanted to give up. Nathan also managed to get us a sale price above our expectations, which really helped with the purchase of our new home, which he also greatly assisted us with. When things didn't go to plan with our settlement Nathan stayed in constant contact and did everything within his power to get things back on track, going above and beyond what we believe any other agent would have. In conclusion we could not recommend Nathan Shingles more highly, he made us feel like we were his top priority at all times from listing to settlement.
