When negotiating as a buyer, there is natural trepidation regarding the role of an agent. I of course understand that an agent's first responsibility is to the seller; nonetheless Nathan was a highly transparent, well balanced individual who actively communicated as openly as possible to secure a fair deal for all involved. Nathan was also very prompt, which always helps to reduce some of the anxiety involved in the process of buying and selling. Transparency, honesty, diligence and professionalism is not always easy to come by, but Nathan exhibited all those characteristics and more in my dealings with him.
