Before putting my country property on the market I invited four agents round for advice. I listened to what they had to say, and assessed their manner and what I imagined would be their approach to marketing the property. Nathan was very straightforward and honest - no bullshit employed, was my overall sense. Some weeks later I approached him about the actual sale, with confidence. He provided advice about things I should do to enhance the property - mostly minor maintenance issues. We discussed a price. The recommended marketing was extremely professional - the online photographs and video really captured the essence of the house. After about three weeks on the market I had two offers at the agreed price. The whole process was seamless and very impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nathan.

Courteous and friendly and always contactable. Sweet and kind, pretty rare for an estate agent. Having said that being rural as such everyone agents a little more relaxed than inner city agents. I love that no-one wears ties and suits - my favourite being that most wear RM Williams boots ! I highly recommend this gentleman.
