I'm buying my first house from interstate and Nathan showed me a couple of properties by appointment in the lead-up to Christmas. There was quite a contrast in size, value and condition of each, which he was completely upfront and credible about, and made for a pleasant guide about the local market. I saw several in Daylesford, Hepburn Springs and Clunes and ended up buying the first Nathan showed me, and on only the one inspection -- which says a lot for the comfort level I had with him! He was persuasive without being pushy, intuitive and helpful regards securing inspectors, conveyancers, etc.

I have been very happy with Nathan's handling of the sale of the above property. Although it was some distance out of the hub of Daylesford and in rather a remote setting Nathan managed to steer a steady stream of prospective purchasers through the gates and the house. Most were quite interested and I did not feel he was just gathering people who were not real buyers. He always got back to me after an inspection with feedback. Eventually the right buyers came along and I got a good price. Nathan never suggested that I should lower the asking price even though some months passed before a completed sale. I am also pleased that the buyers really like the property and it wasn't sold to just anybody. I feel that Nathan knew what I wanted and did a good job of helping it to happen. He was personable and patient. I would certainly recommend him to other prospective customers of the agency.
