We felt over all Nathan was experienced. We listed Nathan as our agent . We expected Nathan to show our house at every open house as discussed at signing of contract, we were dissapointed that this did not happen. The discussed sale price was very under achieved ! We felt at settlement that we were just another sale as we had no communication from when our property went unconditional , unless it was instigated from us.
