Nathan, Donna and Luke were very quick to get our investment property listed. They used their database to inform prospective buyers of our property and we believe the buyer came from their database. We were kept informed of what was happening via phone calls and an online tool that was linked to the conveyancor as well as Elders - it was very easy to use. The sale went through with no issues and we were all pleased it sold with no hassles. However we were extremely surprised not to get a phone call from Nathan on settlement until prompted by us to do so. We understand it was only an investment property but we thought a follow up phone call to say "all done and dusted, we'll drop a bottle of wine over to say thanks so much for helping make it such an easy sale." As a buyer through this company you are given a gift but financially you contribute nothing, as a seller you are charged a commission for their service (and rightfully so) and you have to ask for a phone call after the sale. Nathan and his Team are lovely people, they are friendly, enagaging and easy to chat to but I personally believe a few small tweaks in the after sales customer service department would go a long way in securing repeat business.
