The thing we most appreciated about Nathan was his ability to understand the current market and the way in which he makes sure that your property does not fall off buyers radars. There are many properties in our suburb in the same price range that are still sitting there for sale and not moving. I watch as these properties continue to have their price reduced over and over. I fear we would have been in the same boat if we had not listened to Nathan and taken his advice. Nathan is a great negotiator and is confident and quick to act on leads. He also has a great team. If it wasnt for Nathan I believe we would still be on the market, but thanks to Nathan we have sold and moved on to our dream home!
