Nathan and his team have handled a complicated and emotional sale with ease and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble, and I liked that Nathan touched base regularly with me. Selling from a distance can be difficult as all communication is via phone or email, but I didn’t feel as though I was separated from the process at all. I was constantly involved.
