From the moment we stepped into their office to discuss selling my parents' house, they put us at ease by methodically explaining everything that was necessary to get the property on the market and ready for auction. Despite us not living in Griffith, communication was excellent, using a closed WhatsApp group chat shared by the entire team, emails, SMS and direct phone calls, when necessary. Being able to sign documents online was very convenient, avoiding many hours of travel.
