Nathan's face and name has been everywhere over the past few tough years of real estate here in Griffith. After much thinking of selling, I knew he could make the sale in an up/down/sideways market, and I was almost sure it would be a relatively quick one- a huge factor for my little, busy family. Not expecting million dollar profits on an older style house in a great area of town also was a factor and the tenant renting the property was extremely obliging in the smooth sale. Nathan is approachable and I felt that there were no silly questions in regards to the jargon that comes with selling houses. I thank Sarah, his assistant, who was also so helpful in the time from contract signing to final settlement. Thanks again Nathan!
