I met Nathan at the 1st open for inspection of the property we purchased. We were merely on a visit to Griffith to visit our son who had recently moved from Sydney and had no intention to purchase a property. I happend to look at the Domain Website on the Saturday we were in Griffith and saw that our new home was open for inspection at 9AM so I decided to swing past out of curiosity. Within minutes Nathan provided an overall assessment of the Griffith housing market and also pointed out the zillion attributes for the property we purchased. I literally breezed and inspected for 10 minutes and expressed that I had to show my wife what we had to buy and to please open up again at 2.00PM for short inspection. Our offer was promptly made to the vendors and within days our contract for purchase was executed.
