Firstly, I was trying to avoid this review because I wasn't sure how I would fill it out but I have received the request over half a dozen times now so it seems I have no choice. The good part, we wanted to see the house the day it went online as we were leaving for Sydney that night. Nathan was able to set this up for us and show us the house. We had been looking for months and months for something like that and it fit into our price. So, we made a very generous offer and requested that the open house the next would be cancelled if the offer was accepted and we left for Sydney. On our way, we received a call saying that if we wanted the open house cancelled, we had to pay $1000 above the asking price! I've been in sales for 14 years and even though my wife and I put a second offer in which was the asking price to hurry the process, he came back for more which I think was wrong. But, we wanted the house and we were on our way to Sydney and didn't have the luxury of time to play Nathans game and agreed. So that has left a sour taste in mouth. Nathan is good guy and I liked the touch of the carton of beer and gifts for the handover.
