Nathan provided advice even well before we commenced the sales process, on how to present the apartment. Nathan provided feedback each week on the potential purchasers and how the auction was shaping up. The apartment didn't sell at action. Nathan was determined to reach the best price for us so set about taking a different approach. He didn't try to talk us into taking the next best offer he worked hard to engage additional parties to try to increase the offer amounts, which worked.
