Cutcliffe in general and Nathan in particular kept me informed of market trends, and what might affect the sale of my property. He and Paul Cutcliffe would come to my place to tell me in person about any offers. If the offer was too low they would discourage me from taking it. All paperwork was handled efficiently and thoroughly explained to me. All my questions and concerns (however trivial I thought them) were addressed, answered or dealt with professionally and in a friendly manner.
