Nathan is the consummate professional. His knowledge of the local market gained from living and working in the area his whole life is unsurpassed. Our house was a little unusual and not for everyone so was difficult to value from other sales in the area. Despite this Nathan pitched the price range perfectly and then worked diligently to achieve a sale at the top of that range. Persistence seems to be his middle name. He will continue to pursue any and all opportunities with good humour, a positive attitude, and in a friendly but professional manner that potential buyers warm to. People buy from from people they like. We have dealt with many land agents over the years - none have come close to Nathan's almost instinctive feel for the market, depth of knowledge, and people skills. Highly recommended
