Bought our house from Nathan. Put in our offer to Nathan and that's where everything went downhill. We were forced into a bidding war with another buyer, thought we had secured the house when we signed the contract of sale and put a holding deposit down. Turns out no, the other buyers have found more money, did we want to increase our offer? We said no, then no communication from Nathan what so ever as to if we had the house or not, just a request to let them know what conveyancer we were using. Had to wait until our lawyer told us it was secured. Also the advertisement had the address as a "Way" not a "Road" as it actually is. A major lack of communication was felt in being a buyer from Nathan.
