Overall a great experience. If I was to nit-pick, I would say that even though the final purchase price was around our expectations, it was still much higher than the "price guide" originally provided. It would be much better if realistic price guides (with respect to the market) would be enforced. However, as I said before, overall a great experience working with Nathan!!
