We used Nathan for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new property, the sale of our property was seamless. We had an interesting experience with the purchase of our new property, a number of issues occurred which were nothing to do with the estate agents (but nevertheless somewhat stressful). Nathan has been professional, patient and helpful and has guided us through the process, keeping us up to date with the situation. Nathan is a professional agent who know what customer service is. He responds very quickly to you and gave regular updates leading to the auction. There are such things as happy accidents!. I have been looking to buy an apartment for 7 months, have spoken with hundreds of real Estate Agents, and inspected close to 100 properties. The property in Lane Cove appeared in much computer on a Saturday morning 1 hour before the inspection closing time. Got there 3 minutes prior closing time and I stumbled upon Mr Nathan Westerbrink!
