We had the pleasure of dealing with Nathan on Two properties. The first property we lost at Auction. Nathan was very up front about his Vendor's requests and kept in constant contact with us. He opened up the apartment several times and was very flexible in allowing our building inspections in at the last minute. At the next inspection, we did a walk in without registering interest, and Nathan greeted my wife and I by our first names with a smile. That was a welcome surprise. Again Nathan was very transparent with his vendor's wishes, knew exactly what all the apartments nearby in similar condition had sold for an provided honest feedback on prices during our negotiations. All in all, Nathan was a true professional and made the experience as worry free as it could be.

Nathan I am very shocked that several elements of the sale contact were not fulfilled. The contract specifically stated that the plate rack in the kitchen which all I have left of my father was refused to be relinquished, as well as the miniature Japanese maple plant in the front garden. If I'm not able to collect these it's I have been advised to take legal action. Also the cream ceramic pots in the garden are not fixed & therefore are not part of the sale. I hope we can resolve these issues amicably Cher Kimberley .
