Nathan recently Sold our apartment for us on Burns Bay Road - and we would highly recommend to anyone, The result Nathan he achieved for us with our current property was way above our expectations! I cant complement him enough on the genuine care and interest he takes, he is always accessible and easy to communicate with, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable - and in general made the whole experience as easy as he could for us. We first met Nathan a couple of years ago when he sold a few of apartments in our block, I would like to keep up to date on Sold prices and what that meant to the value of my properties and Nathan would always keep me updated. Over those years he was always very helpful with his advice and his time and that's what helped us to choose him over the other local agents. Earlier this year we sold our Investment property privately to our tenant without the use of an agent and even then Nathan generously gave me his advice to make sure it happened smoothly for us,
