We originally met Nathan with our purchase in Port Macquarie some 3-4 years ago, and we were happy with him then. So when we needed a sale of a property we chose again to called on Nathan. We also approached other agencies in the area for an appraisal. Nathan was the only sales agent that came straight to the point of price estimation, cost, and what we could do to get the best price with minimal work and any alternatives we might have. He did this all in the first meeting, as he had done his homework and there was no sales 'playing around', that we found with other agencies. Every step of the way Nathan guided and aided in getting the property ready for sale. He has many contacts to aid in the process, and he spent much of his own time out of hours and on hand (as we do not live within town) to get everything ready to go in the space of just a couple of weeks.
