With the house we were looking at a considerable distance from home (4 hours drive), we relied greatly on prompt communication, sincere and genuine interaction and support (to coordinate several tasks and services such as building inspections etc) in order to secure this purchase and Nathan delivered this in spades. Buying a home can be a stressful experience and Nathan was wonderful in supporting us through the various stages pre-purchase by being present (several of our calls and emails were outside working hours) and understanding that we were trying to juggle a family, two careers and a family in between a new home purchase.
