We took many months selecting our next house and met Nathanial at a few open for inspections. He impressed us by being so attentive, friendly and professional. When he showed us the house we liked, he moved very fast to arrange us private inspections and to follow-up answers to our many questions. We were new to the area and we requested a lot of information and nothing was too much trouble for him. We recently purchased a property through PRD Real Estate in Kyneton (PRD). We contacted PRD and Nat organised for a mid-week inspection. He displayed a very good knowledge of the property concerned, and the local area in general, and conveyed this in a friendly and efficient manner. We left that property very impressed with the presentation we had received. Nat followed up this visit and we requested a further inspection, which Nat enthusiastically organised. We ended up putting an offer in, and subsequently purchased the property. Nat very much impressed us with his friendly, and confident, communication skills, his knowledge of property information and his enthusiasm and passion for his job. Nathanial was a powerhouse and I can say this with confidence and knowledge. He has high morals when it came to the sale of our land , the deal was tricky as it formed part of my fathers estate. Nathanial dealt with our solicitors every step of the way on my behalf , he was punctual, honest and so,so professional.
