
Natt Lowman
From the first assessment visit, Tony and Natt Lowman struck the right note: they both sounded confident in their knowledge of the local area. We chose them partly because they did not offer the highest valuation nor the lowest. Our decision to select Lauders was also based on their very competitive selling fee and a reasonable, and ultimately clearly effective, marketing strategy. The Lauders father and son were also quite plain and realistic about the current real estate market in the area. We appreciated having Natt as the contact person: he is attentive to queries, approachable and quick to ring back if initially unavailable and always prompt in providing feedback after property inspections.
