The house sold for what I believe is a very fair market value in Cranbourne North, where most people were in the 510K bracket, the house sold for $535K, 25K above the average bracket, twice, showing that Naval was able to find the right buyer for the house. I was also impressed with O'Brien Real Estate as they really do utilise all agents from surrounding offices to show the property to their buyers. All agents were professional and result oriented. The way in which inspections were managed was extremely efficient. Naval was there for me at every step of the process, it was the first time I had sold property and he guided me and instructed me about the process. I selected Naval from a myriad of agents from many real estates who I interviewed for this position. I followed Naval as he moved to O'Brian from another real estate, as he was my absolute favorite candidate. He impressed me with the way he managed the interaction with me while waiting for my business, for about a year. He kept in touch, he was professional and persistent but not intrusive, and that confirmed to me the way Naval would interact with buyers. I was extremely pleased with Naval's communications skills. Naval showed the highest level of professionalism in comparison to every other agent I met, he has a very high standard of work ethic, being very flexible and understanding to meet with me after hours a few times as it was necessary.
