Well, where do we start?? Our story is that we had subdivided a property in which both lots needed to be sold. We met Navid when we were purchasing another property through him and so we wanted him to sell our subdivided lot too. Our subdivision was much more stressful than we had anticipated, it took much longer (6 months longer) than we had hoped and Navid stuck with us through the whole storm… He was able to sell our subdivided property within days, we received far above the asking price, he was consistent in all communication while keeping our buyer at bay too. He is very professional in his field, he has many connections who are active and his knowledge in realestate is far above most. On a personal note, we hadn’t met another realtor who was calm, down to earth, easy going and yet diligent, efficient, understanding and patient.
