Finding the right house for us downsizing from a much larger property was proving to be a massive problem for us. Nothing really seemed right for both of us . Naya, out of all the agents that showed us through the countless properties we inspected, we must say , was the most understanding and courteous. She became more a friend than an agent and seemed to understand our frustration . At one stage we simply gave up and I decided to build our own . Then we received a telephone call from Naya saying she had the ideal house for us that was not yet on the market and invited us to inspect it before it did get advertised .
