It’s not easy to buy a house these days but it seems to me it’s not easy to sell either. I am writing this from my current experience because when I have decided to sell my home I have been in big dilemma which agent to choose to do this task. As I have been in dilemma I have been thinking for a while and then accidently I have heard from friend of mine for DEL REAL ESTATE which I have never heard before. This time I want to share my experience and help YOU informing about selling my home just recently through mentioned real estate agency. When I have had initial meeting and conversation with Neb Delibasic, who I highly recommend to contact, I have said to him minimum price for my home as I have searched what has been sold around. Neb was listening me with respect and he said that he can sell my property for at least $50000 more than I am asking for. To make long story short, he has delivered his promise and I have sold my property for fantastic amount of money. Just a small compare, I have purchased my property in 2007 for $265000 and Neb Delibasic has sold the same in June this year for $670000. Do I need to add anything else for the agency and for all sale agents in DEL Real Estate apart from high recommendation to all who thinking about selling their most valuable assets.
