I have watch a few auction and a few property that they sold in and around Melton, Vic. during my visitor every 3-6mths every years, the sales team are great and they go to the length to show us even when it's dark. Not many agent I have in my past 37yrs as a developer and a investor. I still recommon till now to all my friends, associated in interstate and oversea to only see Melton, Barry Plant R/E. They (Ned and his team) will go to the length to get what you want and better. I still have several other agent in and around melton & melbourne and I was so surprise that Ned, from Barry Plant Real Estate, not only said to me but he also written it down and tell me if he don't do what to my expectation, than he would not even charge me at all. AND when I give the authorise to sell one of my property, he sold it within 2 week and the price that I was so surprise that he even get it more that I expect. I have other agent also sold a property at Melton one before Barry Plant had sold and it take months before I can even sell them. But what Barry Plant R/E, Melton had done.
