I had the pleasure of dealing with Ned whilst purchasing my home. Right from the beginning he was open about everything I needed to know and it was clear that not only was he there to help the vendor he was also there to help the buyer. He made everything crystal clear and was very transparent and I felt like I could trust Ned. He supported me in achieving a great price for me and the vendor and I could not be happier. If I ever decide to sell a home I would look no further than Ned. Even after the contracts were done and awaiting settlement he was happy to answer questions or meet me at the property if I needed to measure something or show the home to my family.
