After meeting with a number of real estate agents, I selected Neel as the person to sell my home. Firstly, Neel's commission rate was highly competitive, his marketing package was very reasonable, and the bonuses he threw my way were really generous. I received a complimentary video along with the photo shoot for my property in addition to complimentary styling of my home which lead to absolutely brilliant presentation of the house in preparation for sale. There was even a complimentary coffee van at my house on the day of my first home open; incredible! Neel was always professional and courteous in our interactions; always responded promptly to my queries and calls. Neel collaborated with me in relation to home open times and we only needed two weeks of home opens to get to the point of selling. Neel negotiated with the buyer to get me a good price, just under my ideal selling price for the home. Neel went above and beyond with his customer service, even offering to assist me with enquiries about the property I was looking at purchasing.
