Wow ! What a great agent Neeru is. This is the second time she has assisted me selling a property over the years. Regardless of market conditions I was confident that She will be able to sell my property in record time at a record price and she did exactly that. Anyone can be an agent but she knows how to close deals and covert enquiries to a potential Sale. She is persistent , Hardworking , Confident and a passionate real estate agent , and it is great to see that this year she became an entrepreneur by opening her own real estate estate agency called Pink n Blue real estate. All the best for future endeavors and many congratulations.

Dear Neeru, We want to thank you for the fantastic service you've given to us. Thank you for going the extra mile for us on every step. We could not have done this without you, and we are so grateful for your assistance.

We engaged Neeru Vimal from Pink and Blue Real Estate to sell our home after an unsuccessful marketing campaign with another Real Estate agent. We were very impressed with her knowledge, depth of experience, professionalism and strategic advice on price. Neeru’s contacts in the market place ensured we had groups through each time there was an inspection. We met regularly to discuss progress, inspections and offers. Neeru was able to negotiate a long settlement so that we could find our dream home before the settlement of our existing home. We highly recommend Neeru Vimal to liaise and manage the sale of your property.

We have sold our first family home with Neeru Vimal from Pink and Blue Real Estate. She worked very hard and as usual doesn’t matter how’s the market she always gives her best. She didn’t mind doing the inspection when buyers requested. We have 4 offers in just 10 days and sold our home in frictional of second. We highly recommend Neeru Vimal if you are selling your valuable asset. Best of luck Neeru Vimal and Pink and Blue Real Estate.

We are pleased with the house we bought. It will serve as our first home, and Neeru provided excellent support by addressing all of my enquiries. The transaction was swift and straightforward, without any stress. Neeru has been instrumental in assisting us with some necessary requirements to comply everything needed for the buying process. Her expertise in the market is evident and very professional.

Neeru treated us more like people than just a regular customer. She helped us understand the process and was with us every step of the way and put our interest first. She displayed great communication and treated our relation as more than buisness which is rare to find in such a professional enviorment. She acted in a highly professional manner. Highly reccommend.

Buying our dream couldn't get any easier, Neeru's professional and personal help along the way made the whole transaction a breeze. Couldn't thank enough for all the support and information provided along the way to make it happen. 5*

I was quite overwhelmed with the process of property purchase. Neeru gave sage advice and was right by my side every step of the way. Very prompt and transparent communication, approachable and displayed deep inderstanding of the real estate industry.

Five weeks ago my wife and I decided to sell our family home of nearly 30 years and buy another home. Neeru from Pink and Blue was one of many agents we considered and we chose her because of her fantastic can do attitude, pleasant demeanour and extremely professional approach. From day one she took all the stress out of selling and got onto all potential leads with the endeavour to sell our property as quickly as possible. True to her word she got to work immediately and within two weeks she had a number of written offers and the property was sold unconditionally in 10 days, for a fantastic price which is an outstanding result and left us both amazed and extremely happy to get a result better than we expected in such a short period of time. Neeru and her team are always a pleasure to deal with and the aftersales service is also second to none! No question remains unanswered and her prompt attention to detail, made our transition so much easier. So if you are looking to buy or sell your property, don’t waste your time interviewing countless agents and hoping for the best, go with the best, Neeru from Pink and Blue real estate and I can assure you, you will extremely happy with your decision!
