My mother is in a nursing home and I am in another state, so when my father died last year, it was very difficult and stressful for me to help get the place ready for sale. Neil and Mark helped in regards to the stressful situation with the boarder who was living there, would travel to the nursing home to talk to my mother, and made a stressful time easier. I was interstate and during the auction they made sure I was there over the phone, they met my mother at the property and helped look after her (she had to arrive via access cab and is in a wheelchair). The property sold at auction for $300k when I was expecting around $275k.

Neil was extremely personable whilst maintaining his professionalism. Answered any and all questions quickly. Neil kept me informed at every opportunity. In my opinion Neil is an asset to his employer.

Neil was just as excited as I was when he told me that my offer to purchase my first home was accepted. He was extremely thorough and attentive and understanding and I’d not hesitate to use him again.
