I had several conversations with another local agent but it just wasn't a good fit. I knew of Belle Property from Sydney and did an online request for a valuation. Neil got in touch right away with a very tailored and personal response (not just a generic pro forma) and from the get-go it just clicked. He was super responsive and I also valued his knowledge, experience and honesty. Neil completely led and managed the process - marketing to further afield buyers, doing super new drone photography and having a clear pricing strategy.
