I generally hate dealing with real estate agents, but Neil was different. The standout for me was his forthrightness. He never promised what he couldn't deliver. In terms of price he got me more than what I wanted. He did a lot of the heavy lifting with a difficult buyer, and I was left with the feeling that his commission was value for money, rather than wondering what he did to earn it. I think you could also find Neil a good investment if you are selling.
