Bought a unit (seller took first offer, so negotiation skills did not apply). Neil and Yvonne were there on time...every time. Great knowledge around the suburb and rental prices, all paperwork pre-prepared and simple. Offered extra assistance with recommended conveyancer. After the sale there was a small issue, which was resolved within 10 minutes...brilliant service!
