Our move was extremely complicated due to the fact that the house we were purchasing was a mortgagee sale. Two days before we were to move in to the new house, we were informed by the settlement agency that there were 2 caviats on the house and we would not be able to move in on the day our of settlement of our existing house. Neil moved heaven and earth to get it sorted and we were able to move in on the day of settlement as expected. This was a very unusual occurrence and Neil was very professional. Also the sale of 32 Harwood Road was unusual in that the purchasers also bought our Bed and Breakfast business. This was a difficult thing to handle because the new owners had not been in business before and needed a lot of guidance.
