Right from the start, I realized Neil was the guy with whom I could work, as I have a low tolerance for b/s, can't stand negativity or lack of willingness to engage with broad reality. I found Neil to be straightforward, that he has a modern, cheerful, knowledgeable outlook, didn't try to exploit me with pointless kinds of advertising materials, he does research, isn't complacent about the past, willing to adapt procedures if you've got good enough reasons, and doesn't try to take the 'easy way out' by getting you to take a low price; others might do that so that they can 'just move on'. Not Neil - my perception is that he'll get your property what it's worth, and if you're buying: I think he won't 'just talk you into anything' if he has any doubts it won't suit you. I'd be happy with him as a buying or selling agent - and my suggestion is to never give your property to more than one agent!
