My husband realised when they first met that Neil had attention to detail with regard to our house. We had talked with two other agents and that was the difference because the other agents were friendly, earnest people. Neil explained the process and all we needed to do and what he would do. But very disappointed the main air con does not work, (blows hot air) and just for the heads up I did not purchase the property with the above address of 74 Mellor Pl Brassall, my little house is situated at 16 Wyman St, Brassall. I was suprised I did not receive a welcome gift eg. a bottle of bubbly as other friends/family have received when purchasing a house from Ray White Realty.
