Buying a house can be a stressful process in more so with Covid 19 and the market being strong. We ad been looking to buy on the Isle of Capri for over 12 months and had almost given up prior to seeing the property that Neil had listed. Most agents who deal in this high end are smooth talking but having ran a professional services business for over 20 years you can spot the sharks. Neil was the complete opposite as he was upfront, straight down the middle and give you immediate feedback. I wish all agents were like Neil as the world would be a better place. My advice would be to interview the agents prior to giving them one of your biggest assets and look for qualities such as telling the truth and good communication skills; Neil has these skills and has years of experience and is not your typical polished agent.
